3月26日9时，勉县2016年重点项目集中开工暨小微企业孵化园项目在汉中勉县周家山镇正式启动。市委书记、市人大常委会主任魏增军，市委副书记、市长王建军等领导出席仪式。

仪式上，勉县人民政府县长郑清春致辞：按照“稳一优二强三”的三次产业发展思路，大力实施“创新驱动、循环发展、城乡统筹、项目带动”四大战略，加快推进“新型工业化、农业产业化、旅游多元化、城乡一体化”同步发展，全年计划实施重点项目66个，总投资达100.93亿元。

据悉，本次集中开工建设的共有22多个，总投资达68.44亿元。以旅游和文化为主，包括了绿色食品深加工及养老、棚户区改造、移民搬迁、新农村建设等方面。依托“一线”(以国道108为园区中轴线)，打造“一核心区(产业集结、产镇融合、创新示范)”，构建“四园区四基地”产业板块。

近期，勉县还有包括诸葛古镇、凯迪生物质发电、大成电子电感器生产线、汉中新型建材废渣综合利用等18个项目陆续竣工投运，这既是勉县招商引资和项目建设成效的集中体现，更是在新常态下谋求新跨越的重大成果，必将为经济转型发展增添新动力。最后由市委书记、市人大常委会主任魏增军宣布正式开工。
