What is educated man ? Is just
somebody who has high educaional background ? In my opinion ,
educated man is who is taugh to know well some day to day knowledge
, to be good at study by himself , to be kind , modest , honest ,
responsible , brave and studious .
By
my description , you may think this kind of man is too perfect to
be . That's right , I know it's hard to reach that level . But ,
this definition of educated man is real essence of education of
all-round development . What we really need is lifelong learning .
Examination-oriented education system is stiff and isn't fit to the
demand of international development trend .
To
be learned is significant goal of education . Through going to
school , we can master a lot of useful knowledge , just like
Pjysics , Chemistry ,Grography , Math , Geometry and so on . All of
this make ue be a learned man and help ue to understand the world
to live more comfortable and efficient .
To
be cultured and polished is another vital target
of being educated . Stereotyped
guys who merely care about simply study will
be not popular among
theri friends
. People prefer to be
friend of somebody who has outstanding character ,
inclding honest , modest , kind , responsible and
studious . Because only good at study is not
enough for the demand of nowdays competitive society , while person
with above splendid charater can deal with
day-to-day problem very well
.
Above all , if you call somebody a
educated man , you should make sure he or she not only has high
educational background but also has a excellent charater
.
