what is fair?

I want to ask.But the life doesn't allow me to ask this question.

in the  department,there are more problems among colleague.

Sometimes I have stronge desire to find one to pour out.

However,something is something,the only way is to give a smile and let leave.

My position is more trifling and toilsome than others.

But they is more comfortable than me.And nowadays they all go travelling expect me.

Why?this world is unfair.
