How to deal with the customers' complain,
which is a extremely hardest insoluble problem....
resently, I have to face this difficulty again...
Today in order to settle the dispute
I have to visit one of my
customers in SHAOXIN
where is the RUXUN's hometown.
I have dreamed for innumerable times to go there to have a
visit...
..however,due to short duration this time,
I can't have a great sight-seeing at there,
what a pity!
Instead, unluckily,I was treated by a moto-driver at there.
It impressed me so badily on SHAOXIN's people in this
trip.
Selfish desire drives him to do it...understanding...
.What I have to do is resigned to my bad
luck and bear ....
A short business trip,but tired more....so tired
