10 STEPS TO CERTIFICATION

成为莱美认证教练的10个必要步骤

1.The release sent for Certifcation needs to be flmed on the current release OR the release immediately prior to the current release (submissions received in a mixed class format will not be assessed).

   提交的认证材料（即考试用的视频）中使用的套路必须是最新套路或离新套路发布没多久的前一个套路,不允许使用混合套路。

2.Attach DVD/CD proof of purchase for the release you have flmed (invoice must be in your name). This can be obtained from Customer Service if required. Certifcations will not be assessed without a proof of purchase attached.

  提交的认证材料中必须附上购买本该次套路DVD和CD的收据,收据上的购买者名字必须为提交人本人名字。

3.Ensure the class is filmed on a 45 degree angle. Ensure full, clear visibility and sound is audible. If the submission is deemed “un-assessable” for any reason you will be informed of the need to re-film a class via email or phone.

   认证材料要以45度角拍摄,画面清晰,声音清楚,否则需要重新拍摄。

4.Acceptable formats for certifcation include VHS tape, DVD, small mini disc and USB.

    认证材料的可以通过录影带,DVD,MD和USB盘的形式提交。

5.Make a duplicate tape as your submission will not be returned.

  提交的认证材料请仔细备份，一律不予退回。

6.Clearly mark video or disc with your full name and Les Mills Asia Pacifc Customer ID. Also include your Certifcation cover sheet.

  请在提交的认证材料上标明本人的全名、所属的莱美客户ID，并附上认证表格。

7.Send Certifcation via Express or Registered post. Securely package your submission to prevent damage to:Certifcations Department Les Mills Asia Pacifc PO BOX 3998 MANUKA ACT 2603

    认证材料请良好包装，通过快递和挂号信发送到以下地址：Les Mills Asia Pacifc PO BOX 3998 MANUKA ACT 26

8.Turn around time of assessment 关于评估时间
 The assessment process is four to six weeks. Please note, Certifcations cannot be fast tracked.

  评估时间一般需要4-6周，评估完成后认证书并不会立即发出。

9.All submission are assessed within chronological order in which they are received.

  所有的提交材料均按照收到先后顺序进行评估。 

10.Certifcations results are PASS or RESUBMIT. A fee applies to all RESUBMIT Certifcations.

   认证书中的结果为“通过”或“需重新提交”。如结果为“重新提交”再次认证需另行收费。
