一直习惯自己做波形图帮助记套路,所以拿出来和大家分享。

Warm Up:

1.Speed Up (Original) (Funkerman)

Warm Up Combo:

Lean Backswing body side 2 side                            24

 Add arms                                                16

 Add palms                                                8

 Add upward and downward arms posture                       4

Insert  2 L&R single step touch and click                      4

2 L&R single step touch and shoulder roll back                 8

Insert 2 L&R single step touch and shoulder roll back            4

 

Breathe and Roll up body with hands flow                     2

Add R&L chop hip and breath up                           2

  Double time                                          2

2 L&R single step touch and shoulder roll back               8

 

Warm Up Combo                                        4

 

Upper body stay ,L&R leg front –side-back tap                 4

 Add jump                                             4

 Double time and sharper posture                           4

 Add body flava                                         4
