住宿须知：

1、          所有住宿人员都应遵守我国的法律法规以及有关学校的相关规定，否则依法处理并通报学校相关部门。

2、          为保证您的安全，公寓大门实行定时关门和指纹识别系统，具体关门时间为：6：00—23：00，无特殊情况不得随意进出公寓，如有特殊情况必须登记方可进出。

3、          请注意自身的财产和生命安全，离开房间时要注意关窗、锁门，并妥善保管好您的房间钥匙，如因个人原因，在您房间内发生的任何财务遗失概不负责。

4、          严禁携带易燃、易爆、易腐等违禁物品进入外籍专家楼。

5、          请妥善使用各种电器设备，离开房间请关掉所有电器开关，请勿躺在房间床上吸烟；烟头，火柴丢入烟灰缸内，不要投入纸桶内并注意防火安全。

6、          请妥善保管房间钥匙及门卡，不得私自转借、转让或自行配置钥匙。

7、          爱惜公寓内配备的生活、学习用品，所用公共物品不得损坏、随意搬出或转借他人；携带公有物品外出，须经小区保安人员确认并出具相关证明和登记备查。

8、          严禁在外籍专家楼内进行打架、吸毒、赌博、卖淫或嫖娼等违法犯罪活动。

9、          外籍专家楼专为在校工作外籍教师安排使用；非本楼栋专家不得随意入内，如有来访人员，须保安人员验证并请探访人员在接待室等候。来访者必须于晚上23：00以前离开。

10、      请爱护酒店设施设备和相关物品。如有损坏，请按照公寓物品赔偿价目表赔偿。

Respected guests, welcome to Huahong Foreign Expert Apartment. We are deeply honored and pleased to receive you. We strive to providing nature, hospitality, caring services with all our heart to make you feel at home in Huahong Foreign Expert Apartment.

Guest Notice:

1. Do not violate state law and rule. Otherwise we have the right to report the case to the university and the local public security.

2. For the sake of your own safety, we have built timing controlling and identification system of fingerprints on the front Gate. The open time is 6：00am to 23:00pm.

3. Provide 24 hours’ security including safety patrol etc. For your safe and satisfactory stay, recognize visitors before opening the door; do not tell your room number to strangers, even take strangers into your room, otherwise responsibility is borne by the guests themselves. If you find any suspicious occurrence and suspicious persons, please inform housekeeping immediately.

4. Please make sure your windows closed, doors locked and take your room card/key with you when you leaving your room. Don’t lend or match your room card/key to others. Otherwise, responsibility is borne by the guests themselves for any loss. Please contact housekeeping for special request.

5. Prohibit criminal activities such as freak-out, whoring, gambling, fighting and dustup etc in hotel. Please contact housekeeping immediately if you find that suspicious person gets close to your room. Do not violate state law and rule, otherwise responsibility is borne by the guests themselves.

6. Do not take pet, dangerous articles, guns, cutting tool into hotel. Do not violate state law and rule, otherwise responsibility is borne by the guests themselves.

7.  Please use appliances carefully and don’t use other high-power electrical appliance or equipment in your room. For your safety, please do not smoke in bed and litter cigarette ends.

8. Please take care of public facilities and equipment in hotel. Do not change, remove or lend to at will. Don't spit on the ground and do not throw rubbish into close stool. Hotel has the right to ask for compensation for damage.

9. We provide lodging to foreign experts only. Please show the guest valid certificate to the gate security when you have guest. According to public security regulation, visitors must leave room before 23:00pm.

10. Hotel will reserve the right to alter above regulations without further notice. Thank you for cooperation！
