（1）演讲部分评分标准：
演讲内容符合大学生青春活泼，积极向上的精神面貌。（１分）
英语发音自然，清楚、无严重口音。（2分）
对演讲内容有深刻的了解，肢体语言符合演讲内容，有丰富表情。（2分）
无卡壳，阻塞现象，连音，略音掌握的比较好。（１分）
（2）情景反应评分标准。
对所述题目有一定了解，所说的题目没有偏题现象 (0.5分)
用词，语法基本正确，无严重的语言错误。(0.5分)
发音清晰，自然，较少发生卡壳，阻塞现象。（1分）
所说的内容较丰富幽默，具有一定的想象力。（1分）
辩论赛
１、所说的内容较丰富，能紧扣主题，抓住对方弱点(0.5分)
2、用词、语法基本正确，无严重的语音错误。(0.5分)
评委评分标准：
对每位选手评分时，先将第一部分（1）、（2）的分数打好，最高分为9分。
评完分后，每位评委将手中的评分纸，传到工作人员手中，以便计算出选手的分数。然后再评选手第二部分辩论赛环节，最高分为1分。

Speech scoring.
A) Did the speech content reflect the vibrancy and spirit of college life? (1)
B) Did the speaker sound nature, pronunciate clearly and without accent? (2)
C) Did the speaker have a full grasp of the speech content, linguistic ability and mastery of emotions?(2)
D) Did the speaker have unnecessary pauses or forget his/her lines. Was the speech presented with fluidity? (1)
2) Situational question scoring.
A) Did the speaker understand the question and present a clear response? (0.5)
B) Did the speaker have mastery f vocabulary and grammar without serious language errors?(0.5)
C) Did the speaker deliver clearly, naturally and without unnecessary pauses and stop? (1)
D) Was the response humorous or imaginative? (1)
3) Debating:
A) Present a clear response and can find the mistake of the competitors. (0.5)
B) Did the speaker have mastery of vocabulary and grammar without serious language error? (0.5)
NOTE: Judges, please first
score part 1 sections one and two the highest score is 9. After you
finished judging each contestant, please hand-in your scores to a
staff member for tabulations. Then score part2 debating, the
highest score 1.
