School has started, summer has come to an end....come and practice a language you are learning (or love) while you meet new people! If you are in a language meet up group, please share the World Language Cafe information with them! New for SPANISH language participants: We will try to have separate tables for high school students and the other table will be for adults. For the adult participants, as needed, we can have a beginner - intermediate table and another intermediate - advanced table, as we have heard that some of you have been frustrated with the low level of conversation. However, it is dependent on having enough native Spanish speakers to host the tables! Language table hosts: please let me know if you will be able to serve as a native/fluent speaker table host! If you are a native Spanish speaker and have been a table host, please let me know which table you would like to host. We will need at least 2 native speaker hosts at each World Languages Cafe evening. If you are an ESOL teacher, and could be a table host once a year for the English table, please let me know. Laura |
