Today is your 17th birthday. Wow, time is going so fast. I cannot believe that little baby born in 1998 is 17 now! Happy birthday to you!

The following song is called " I was 17 at that year".  This song was very popular when I was young. The main theme of this song is the eternal love from mother to daughter. The girl in the song really wants to leave her family for an unknown journey. She feels a little scared and nervous when she leaves her home. When she says good bye to her mother, her mother reminds her: no matter how far you goes, do not forget the way to home. When the girl finally goes to the journey, she does face many embarrassing moments: no enough money, and breaking the traffic rules when she crosses the street by herself. Travelling alone teaches her an valuable lesson: No matter how far she goes, there is no place like home. Mother always waits for her at the front door.

背起行囊穿起那条发白的牛仔裤

装着若有其事的告别
