.........bill nye also came to campus to give a lecture. he's a very famous scientist and celebrity who went to cornell in the 70's and worked at boeing as a mechanical engineer. he had his own children's show about science and he continues to educate people about it. he was very funny and witty. the point of his lecture was to always contribute and be curious about science and the world around us, and to think about how to improve the world around us. it was very interesting, enlightening, and cool to see him in person. i, along with everyone i know, watched his show in elementary and middle school! haha.
.....When I walked in the park this morning, I suddenly think
of you. How do you cook your daily meals? Have you eaten enough
fruits and vegetables? How about milk ? Have you had enough Calcium
everyday?
To mom, your health is as important as your academic studies.
Please take good care of yourself. Eating fruits , vegetables and
yogurts should be very healthy when you do not have time to
cook.
