How does hearing London's story ("To build a Fire") being
read and watching it being acted out change the experience of the
story for you (compared to reading it on your own)? Did any details
or other elements stand out or emerge for you? Did anything get
lost?
When I read the story, I could feel the inner struggling of the
main character in the cold and snow.
I agree--I think that there is often many things lost in movie versions of literature, mainly because the intimate details are so hard to capture.
