美国人怎么表扬孩子？

二宝跟着学校组织者，到加拿大的魁北克周游了六天。昨晚到家后，孩子有点儿晕车，累得不行。刚刚收到学校老师的来信，老师在信中用司机，导游，餐馆服务员的话，表扬了所有的孩子们。

红字部分是美国人表扬孩子的常用语：

"Great kids", "well-behaved", "polite", "courteous", "enthusiastic",  "energetic", "never complained", "helpful"  (好孩子，举止得体，礼貌，为他人着想，热心乐观，精力旺盛，从不抱怨，助人为乐)，

Well I hope that your day back was a good one, despite the fatigue I'm sure you all felt. Hopefully it was a good fatigue.

I think I realized today why we keep offering this trip. Groups like the one we just returned with make this whole experience worth every minute of it. From the initial proposal and planning stages, to each pre-departure meeting, to making sure that each day while in Quebec runs smoothly, your kids are the ones who make this whole thing worth it! I am so pleased to share with you some of the comments given to us from Pete, our driver, Louis, our guide, and the staff in the various restaurants. "Great kids", "well-behaved", "polite", "courteous", "enthusiastic", "energetic", "never complained", "helpful"... the praises go on and on. Parents: you have raised wonderful kids and to say that it was a pleasure to travel with them would be an understatement. Students: on behalf of Mrs. Chancellor, Mrs. Callender and Ms. Borgerding...we are so proud of you all, for going on this trip with wide-open eyes, looking to experience everything you can possibly squeeze into 6 days, and for being willing to try everything put before you. Some of you conquered a fear, some of you did things you've never done before, some of you might have felt that you were in over your heads with some activities. But in the end, you made the decision to make the most of this experience, and for that, we thank you.

As we look back on what we were all doing one week ago, and realize how excited we were for what lie ahead, we can truly say that this was a life-changing experience for us all. We hope that whether a week, a month or a year after the fact, you look back on your time in Quebec and know that you helped make it a phenomenal experience for each participant.

Congratulations on a job well done on so many fronts. You deserve it. Please know that it has been a privilege to have spent 6 days with each one of you. We look forward to seeing you at the reunion. Please stay tuned for details about that special event.
