第一步时需要：

1. one month most recent paystub

2. two month most recent bank statements(all pages)

3. 2008 & 2009 W2 form

第二步时需要：

Your loan has been approved. The underwriter needs the following additional documents(information):

1. Borrower's signed initial application package. Initial TIL must be signed by all title holders(attached, the 2nd form is TIL which also need your signature).

2. A copy of your husband Driver license.

3. Hazard insurance agent name and phone.

4. Owner's title insurance policy(with schedule A, B, etc..) OR purchase Hud1(settlement statement)
