这是福布斯的新榜“最有影响力的人”，巴菲特名列第14名，可见财富的影响力。排在他前面的是GE总裁伊梅尔特，紧跟他后面的是德国总理默克尔。
排名第一的当然是当今世界黑老大 - 美国总统奥巴马。

Warren Buffett has been named the
14th most powerful person in the
world in a
new ranking released tonight by
Forbes.
He comes just after General Electric Chairman & CEO Jeffrey Immelt (#13) and just before German Chancellor Angela Merkel (#15).
Buffett's friend Bill Gates gets bragging
rights on this list, just as he does in the magazine's
latest ranking of the
world's richest
billionaires.
It's the first time Forbes has
compiled this particular list.
- "The number of people one influences"
- "One's ability to project power beyond one's immediate sphere of influence"
- "Control of or access to significant financial resources"
- "How actively one wields power"
The magazine says its goal in compiling the list is to "expose power and not glorify it."
