     What is your greatest trait? This is a question that everyone should ask yourself, particularly for who looks for a job in the market.

     Well, frankly speaking, I don't have great records, sound awards or extraodinary experience. So my resemue seemed less attractive to hr compared with others. At first during my seeking for a job, I definitely feel frustated. I believe many applicants have the same disappointment. Also I failed in several enterprises recruitment just in the on-line-application section, like Coke Cola, IBM, GE, CMB. For PG, I didn't pass the first round interview. Er, I kown my failure partly due to my majoy, I am not a professionally economic student, and besides this, I have, or I don't show my shining points. Lack of sound records and awards just means in some senses I didn't do well, but generally speaking, I don't think I am worse than others. What others could do, so do I.

      During my college life, I had to regret not focusing on my majoys. I wasn't very diligent. I took part in several student clubs, developed my interests and made different friends. Although this opened my eyes, but if time goes back, I want to arrange my time for efficiently.

      I suppose one of my best advantages is my learning fast. I learn quickly, but not diligently. My friends like to be with me, as I usually look up some smart advice. My internship in the law office taught me a lot and also gave me confidence. Though my majoy is law, but you had to learn from the beginning in practice. The work in the law office was usually urgent and heavy as business developed fast without enough lawyers. To finish a task, the senior lawyers would give us a model, showing the form in which we should translat agreements, draw law files or DD reports.
