[1] 经常有人问我第一桶金怎么来的，从哪里得到的，有多少。其实每次有人问我这个问题时，我都想说，人的第一桶金是自信。即使你没钱也不要怕，自信就是你的资本。也有人在自信前面加了一个不好的修饰语，叫盲目自信，我不太爱听。我说过很多次自我的害处，但我认为与自我有点关系的不多的好东西之一，就是自信。自信当然有自我意识，还有信，相信的信。相信，是正面的、健康的。要相信自己。一个相信自己的人才会相信他人，相信未来。

        [1] Some people always ask me how did I get my "first barrel of gold"，where and how much?Every time they ask this question to me,I'd like to say,the first barrel of gold is "self-confidence". You may lack of money through,but the confidence is what you already have.Some add a bad affix "blind",to be "blind confidence",which I don't like.I have told that many bad things are related to "ego",but one of the few good things that relate to "ego ",is confidence.Confidences are base on self-consciousness, and believe.Believe is positive and healthy.Trust yourself.The one who trust himself would trust others,and he would trust the future.

        [2]When we refer to some one as vigorous, it just means that he is in a positive and upward condition. They will be friendly, magnanimous when they were dealing with others. They will endeavor to afford the difficulties. They can attract others to work with them. I can still remember my dad had once told me seriously:” Don\'t stir up trouble when you were free, don’t afraid when you need to face” Since then, every time I facing some problems, I will think of these two sentences, from which I can gather the confidence to face these problems. When I go give lecture in some University, I also tell the college student that, you must have a strong psychological ability. You should find out what our era lack of is, and what you can do, not just try to reach your goal through cheating. These fraudulent one will have no one accompany.

         [3]自信的人敢于说真话，即使真话伤害了他人，别人最终还是会信任你，因为他能把握住你。自信的人不怕暴露自己的个性，敢于真实暴露自己的内心。我说的话，都是我心里想的，不会迎合谁去说。个性是以真实为基础的。如果你真实，不要怕你的个性被发现。从市场交换来看，我们有一个原则，就是差异交换。你有一个梨子，我有一个苹果，才能发生交换，如果大家都是梨子，就不会交换了。自信的人敢于拿出自己的苹果。

        [3] These confident ones dare to tell the truth, even through the truth hurts, but other will trust them at the end, for he can understand you. They don’t afraid to expose their personality; dare to show what they think in their heart. All my words are what I think in my mind, not for cater someone. The personality is base on reality. If you are real, no need to fear of showing your personality. From the respective of the market, we exchange what we have for what we like. You have an apple, while I have a pear, and then there will be exchange. If all we have are pears, there will be no exchange. Only these confident ones dare to show their apples.

       [4] 这一点对我最有启发的是动画片《花木兰》。花木兰的爸爸对花木兰说：“树上开的花，每一朵花都是独特的，你可能是最晚开的那一朵，可是一定是最漂亮的。”这句话说得非常好，是个大道理。现在都讲张扬个性，我觉得个性不一定非要有意张扬，还是自然存在的比较好。个性和自我是不一样的。个性是你客观存在的特征，你是个诚实的人，是机灵的人，或者说话爱眨眼的人，这些自然出现的个性，是你的标志。但是一鼓动大家去张扬个性，可能个性就变成一种主观设定了。他是个短头发，可是为了表现与众不同而留一头长发。而这个个性不是他本身具有的，只是一种最新的开发和设计。我们可以欣赏他对自己形象的创新，但要说这是他的个性，就不靠谱了。个性是固有的和恒定的个体特征，是彼此了解和把握的依据，要是这个依据都可以随意设计，人就真的不能信任了。

      [4] The cartoon “MuLan” has inspired me a lot on this point. Mulan’s father told Mulan that:” Every flower on the tree is unique, you might be the last one to blossom, but also the most beautiful one.” This sentence is quite meaningful, for it has told the truth. Now show individuality seems to be a new fashion, but I don’t think we need to overdo, just let it be. The personality is different from “ego”. Personality is what you have naturally, like your were an honest guy, or maybe you were a smart guy. These natural stuffs make up what we called personality. Once encourage all of us to show our individuality, maybe this individuality will became a subjective setting here, which perhaps be wrong. He has a short cut, but he keeps a long hair to show his difference. But this difference here is not what he really have, just a personal design. We can regard it as kind of his creative of figure, but not his personality. The personality is the stable and constant characteristic one have, which can be used to understand others. If this characteristic can be design as what we want, it’s hard to believe others any more.
