Good morning from Yantai!

My name is 戴岭.

I graduated from Boston College, majoring in Computer Science.  

I have been living in China for nearly 6 years now. 

I live in Qingdao's beautiful Huangdao, which is not far from beautiful Yantai,

though my home is in America. 

Being in China has been a wonderful experience. 

I came here to learn Chinese culture and language. 

What a great journey it has been!

Now I have some "free advice" for you hardworking Chinese people!

Remember: It's important to work hard.

It's important to study hard.

And it's also important to make time to Enjoy Life!

努力工作很重要，

努力学习很重要，

找时间享受生活也很重要！

And also,

don't forget to stay fit: exercise more, eat right, sleep tight, be nice

and enjoy Life!

    今天，我又和我的老朋友戴岭见面了。大家以前可能见过他的照片。

我是登山高手！

穿着拖鞋也能锻炼！

    这是一个充满活力的美国小伙子，热爱生活、热爱自然！心态非常积极向上。

    他同时也是一个运动迷，随时可以锻炼，随时可以跳入大海！碰见他，我的生活马上就发生了变化。

    不管我有多少借口，只要一和他在一起，我就会重新发现自我，真正去热爱自然、享受生活。
