Minced cod ball
Ingredient: 5oogram Cod, 50gram Water chestnut, 50gram Mushroom, Several egg white, Chestnut
powder, Salt , Onion sauce & venerable
Directions:
1. Rinse cod. Peel and dice. Prepare all the condiments in advance for subsequent use.
2. Blend cod with salt, onion sauce & vingerale, egg white, water chestnut and chestnut powder. Fully
stir the mixture, and then put it into refrigerator.
3. Make mashed cod become ball and put into hot water wok.
4. Remove the cod ball from the hot water, then put them into clear soup, and add mushrooms. Stew
them with lid on for 7 minutes.

菘茸鳕鱼狮子头
食材:鳕鱼、马蹄、菘茸、蛋清、栗粉、盐、葱姜汁
制作方法:
1. 鳕鱼去皮起肉,冲水,切成小粒。
2. 鱼粒加盐,葱姜汁,蛋清,马蹄粒,粟粉搅拌成鱼泥入冰箱醒发。
3. 醒发后的鱼泥制成狮子头入热水锅中定型。
4. 定型后的鳕鱼狮子头入清汤加菘茸,炖七分钟即可。
