It’s the year of the rabbit, and talking of the rabbit we always think of the carrot, which is rich in Vitamin E and usually cooked in the common way at home. Pork And carrot Stew, Caramelized Apple And Honey Crouton
Ingredient:
Pork Neck , Bacon , Onion Shallot , Carrot , Celery , Red Apple 
Thyme,  Salt, Pepper Black, Green Apple Leek , Thyme Brioche Honey
Method:
1) Dice the meat, avoid fat only pieces
2) Brine cure the meat for 20 minutes finely dice onion, carrot and celery and red apple
3) Clean shallots, Leave in whole
4) Finely slice bacon sautee all ingredients and give color braise in the oven at 130c for 2 hours (or use pressure cooker) remove the thyme sticks to serve caramelize shallots and apple wedges and leek make croutons with brioche, toss with pepper and thyme honey, bake.

猪肉胡萝卜浓汤,焦糖苹果配蜂蜜面包丁
原料:猪肉颈,培根,洋葱,青葱,胡萝卜,西芹,红苹果,百里香,盐,黑胡椒
青葱,绿苹果,韭菜,百里香,奶油,鸡蛋卷,蜂蜜。
制作方法
1)将肉切丁,去除,肉腌制20分钟
2)将洋葱,胡萝卜,西芹和红苹果切丁
3)清洗青葱和韭菜
4)将培根切片煸炒所有的材料,然后上色放在烤箱里煮2个小时,温度调到130c(或者用压力锅),去除百里香的根部将焦糖洋葱,苹果丁和韭菜盛盘制作面包丁和奶油,鸡蛋卷,撒上胡椒和百里香,蜂蜜,进行烤制。
