Song Saa Private Island, Cambodia’s first luxury private island resort has recently completed the first mock-up villa. The upmarket resort is being built on Koh Ouen and Koh Bong in Cambodia’s pristine Koh Rong Archipelago. Upon completion, the resort will feature 25 rainforest, beach and over-water villas, each featuring a private pool. Adopting a ‘Rustic Chic’ design, the resort is inspired by Cambodian fishing villages with features such as over-water buildings, thatch roofs, use of rough-hewn natural timbers and drift wood, while offering the amenities and services one would expect from a five-star resort.

柬埔寨首个豪华私人岛屿度假村Song Saa Private Island 的首间示范别墅，已于1月中旬圆满落成。这个以高价位市场为目标的度假村，座落于柬埔寨水清沙幼的瓜隆群岛之两座小岛Koh Ouen及Koh Bong上。所有工程竣工后，度假村将拥有25间热带雨林别墅、海滩别墅及水上别墅，各设一个私人泳池。整项发展计划灵感源自柬埔寨渔村，特色包括多间水上建筑、茅草屋顶、粗糙天然木材及浮木，设计「质朴时尚」，并同时提供达五星级度假村水平的设施及服务。
