《大酒店》携上海外语频道《洋厨房》和《城市节拍》节目组亲赴北京王府井希尔度酒店为您呈现米其林三星厨师的神奇体验之旅已接近尾声。在前两期都已向您介绍了两位米其林三星厨师的神奇厨艺,相信每个人都很期待另外几位精彩的厨艺表演吧!本期《大酒店》就将与您共同踏上体验之旅的最后一站!

 

    北京王府井希尔度酒店斩获由美国优质服务科学学会颁发的“国际五星钻石奖”颁奖典礼当晚,酒店行政总厨顾宇翔先生力邀五位世界最为知名的米其林3星大厨和明星厨师一起前来烹制一场一生难求的美食盛宴。

 

在星光闪耀的灯笼宴会厅内,每一位厨艺大师都为来宾们亲自奉上了一道拿手好菜,使人垂涎欲滴,难以忘怀。更让大众感到新奇的是,五位大师的整个烹饪过程都一一展现在来宾们的眼前。看着他们娴熟的动作就让人想要大快朵颐一番!来宾们在亲口尝到大厨们的菜肴后,无不陶醉其中,赞叹之声不绝于耳!

 

酒店总经理施罗德先生不无自豪地表示:“这次活动的因起完全始自一个小小的梦想,就是想招募到米其林三星大厨们合力为我们打造一场前所未有又无与伦比的美食盛宴。如今,我们也为能实现这个梦想而兴奋不已。这一做法也秉承了亚太区希尔顿酒店务求‘卓越平凡事’的发展理念。”

 

    现在,就让我们一起来认识一下这五位传奇大厨!

 

Mr. Heinz Beck意大利最为知名的厨师,获得的奖杯早就无以计数。他擅长地中海美食并常常推陈出新研发新的烹制秘方。意大利的连绵山脉和博物馆里的沉年画作都是他的灵感之源。

 

Mr. Heinz Winkler1981年获得米其林3星厨师称号,当时他只有32岁,却是所有获此殊荣的厨师中年龄最小的一个。他同样也是第一个获此荣誉的意大利人厨师。如今,他在德国经营自己的酒店和餐馆。

 

Ms. Annie Féolde意大利第一位获得米其林3星厨师的女士。她的自传读来更像一个童话故事:一个在法国南部长大的孩子后来发现了托斯卡纳而最终将其变成了自己的王国。

 

Mr. David Burke美国厨艺当之无愧的传奇人物。他深深沉迷于食物的原料和陈盘,并在菜品创意、美食评论、革新产品推介和厨艺科技等方面皆有建树。如今他在美国纽约已拥有8家自有品牌的餐馆。

 

Mr. Jorge Rausch曾效力于知名厨师Raymond Blanc和与之齐名的著名餐厅Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons三年时间。如今已将自己在哥伦比亚波哥大的餐馆成功经营成南美餐饮届的新坐标。

 

《大酒店》为您带来的米其林三星厨师的神奇体验之旅到此就告一段落了。但是,五位传奇大厨的现场烹饪表演却历历在目,美味仿佛还在口中,撞击着唇齿。那种感官的冲击,我想,在场的每位来宾都不会忘却。

After reading the first two parts of our special report on the gastronomic extravaganza brought to the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing hotel by a team of Michelin-three-starred chefs and celebrity chefs, you must be impressed by the creativity and master expertise of two Michelin-three-starred chefs. In the third and last part of the report, we will give you a general introduction of the five chefs participating in the enthralling cooking show.

 

The new Hilton Beijing Wangfujing won the prestigious 2009 International Five Star Diamond Award, even before the high-end hotel property has completed its first year of business operations. Hosted by Hilton’s own Executive Chef Yu Xiang Gu, the magical hands of five of the world’s most internationally acclaimed Michelin-starred culinary masters and celebrity chefs created a dining experience nothing less than a highly celebrated gourmet gathering.

 

On this magnificent evening of gastronomic extravaganza at the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing’s glittering Lantern Ballroom, each chef inventively created a single and unique mouthwatering ‘masterpiece’, from a six-course epicurean exclusivity, set to awaken even the most hidden of senses. The five chefs worked together to present a “visual feast” to the guests who enjoyed every minute of the preparation of each dish, their nostrils opening with every inhaling of the fragrance, their mouths watering. They couldn’t wait for a bite, and when they did bite into the delicacies, nobody could be insensible of the tender texture and rich flavors. There were no end of praises.

 

General Manager Nils-Arne Schroeder proudly remarked, “It started out as a small dream to gather three-Michelin-starred chefs to create a gourmet evening no one else has ever experienced before, and now we are so excited to bring this dream to reality. This ties in perfectly with the vision of the culinary teams at Hilton Hotels in Asia Pacific which constantly thrives to turn ordinary to extraordinary.”

 

Let’s check out the profiles of the five legendary figures in the culinary world.

 

Heinz Beck hasT won numerous accolades for his culinary abilities, he is arguably Italy’s most famous chef. Heinz specializes in Mediterranean cuisine and regularly creates new dishes to add to his already extensive menu. His inspiration is anything and everything – from museum paintings to Italy’s mountain ranges.

 

TTTHeinz Winkler was the youngest ever chef to receive the three-Michelin-stars, when, in 1981, he was only 32 years old. He also was the first Italian chef to receive 3 Michelin stars and has now his own hotel and restaurant in the southern part of Germany.

 

TTTAnnie Féolde was the first woman in Italy to be awarded the three-Michelin-stars. Her biography reads like a fairy tale: a little girl who grew up along the Promenade des Anglais in the south of France, and then discovered Tuscany and made it her kingdom.

 

TTTDavid Burke is one of the leading pioneers in American cooking today. His fascination with ingredients and the art of the meal has fueled a career marked by creativity, critical acclaim, and the introduction of revolutionary products and cooking techniques. He now owns 8 restaurants in New York City and throughout the United States under his own brand name.

 

Jorge Rausch worked for three years with the well-known Chef Raymond Blanc in his eponymous restaurant Le Manoir Aux Quatre Saisons which has two- Michelin-stars and turns now his restaurant in Bogota, Colombia into the latest award-winning gourmet icon of South America.

 

This is the end of our special report on the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing gastronomic extravaganza. The memory is still fresh, and every detail of the cooking demonstration by the five culinary masters is vivid in our mind. The deliciousness lingers in the mouth, on and on, exciting the taste buds.
