The newly-appointed General Manager of InterContinental Shanghai Pudong, Mr. James Koratzopoulos, hosted the Carmen Launch wine tasting dinner.

On this occasion, ASC’s brand ambassador Mr. Martin Hao and wine connoisseur Mr. Andy Tan introduced a fine selection of exceptional wines and shared their history and knowledge with the fascinated audience.

The wonderful wines provided by ASC were accompanied by a magnificent array of creative yet authentic culinary marvels prepared by InterContinental Shanghai Pudong’s Executive Chef Gary Palm.

The distinguished attendees were invited to explore a feast of flavors, enjoying fine wines and superior food on the enchanting musical notes of the delightful Carmen opera performance.
