2008年开业的苏州金鸡湖凯宾斯基大酒店位于苏州园区美丽的金鸡湖和独墅湖间。酒店交通便捷,距离苏州市区,金鸡湖及大型购物中心等地区车程约为15-20分钟。拥有苏州最大的宴会厅。酒店的房间宽敞而不失优雅,设计现代而奢华,与酒店外绚丽的湖光山色相互辉映。而酒店在餐饮上,更是风味俱全。酒店行政总厨古特选择了肉质细嫩的白鱼作为主要原料,融入了德国风味的土豆沙拉。
香煎太湖白鱼配德式土豆沙拉和风味酱原料:
太湖白鱼 220克,柠檬1/2pc,面粉50克,菜油50克
,土豆100克,洋葱50克,培根50克,牛汤100毫升,白醋25毫升,芥末25克,小葱10克,蛋黄酱50克,银鱼柳少许,煮蛋少许,水瓜榴少许,盐、胡椒粉糖适量。
香煎太湖白鱼配德式土豆沙拉和风味酱制作方法:
首先将鱼洗净,用柠檬汁,盐和胡椒粉腌味。接着将土豆放入盐水中煮熟,去皮切片。锅中放入洋葱碎、培根炒香,倒入牛肉汤,加入盐、糖、芥末,倒入土豆片和小葱拌匀,即成德式土豆沙拉。随后,蛋黄酱中混合切碎的银鱼柳、煮蛋及水瓜榴即成风味酱汁。最后将腌制好的鱼裹上面粉放入煎锅中两面煎至金黄,配上土豆沙拉及风味酱汁。

Most visitors to Suzhou are so infatuated with the city’s fairyland scenery and meticulously landscaped gardens which usually comprise little bridges, running water, and lotus and water-lily ponds in which fishes swimming freely beneath the leaves that they can’t bear to leave. The Kempinski Hotel Suzhou, opened in 2008, is conveniently located between the picturesque Jinji Lake and Dushu Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), only 15 to 20 minutes from Suzhou’s “Old City”, Jinji Lake or large shopping centers by car. In addition to the biggest ballroom in Suzhou, the hotel also boasts spacious, tastefully appointed rooms and suites which are only matched by the spectacular lake views outside. The hotel’s overall design has a luxurious and modern touch.
Proud of the hotel’s eclectic menus, Günter treats us to Taihu Lake silver fish with German patato salad and sauce remoulade, a tasty German-style fish delight using tender Taihu Lake silver fish, a local produce.
Ingredients:
Taihu Lake silver fish 220g , lemon 1/2pc, flour 50g, vegetable oil 50g, potato 100g, onion 50g, bacon 50g, beef stock 100ml, white vinegar 25ml, mustard 25g, spring onion 10g, mayonnaise 50g, anchovis right amount, boiled egg right amount, caper right amount, salt, pepper, sugar.
Cooking Procedures:
Clean the fish and marinate with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Then boil potato in salt water and peel off skin after cooked and sliced. In a medium mixing bowl, saute chopped onion and bacon bits, pour beef stock then seasoned with salt, suger, mustard, then add silced potato and chives. Mixing chopped anchoive, boiled eggs, caper into the mayonnaise. In a large skillet, wrap up the preserved fish with flour, Pan fried the fish till golden brown. Accompanied with potato salad and special sauce.
