大家好！

一眼望去就知道，三亚那温暖的阳光、蓝色的大海以及一望无际的沙滩正是坐落在中国最南端的海南岛吸引了这么多中外游客的真正原因，所以我真的不知道为什么时隔12年我才会来到此地。

据说这是整个中国维护的最好的沙滩。这里气候宜人，并且如果早起锻炼及午后小憩的话可以保持一个非常好的健康状态。看到这里这么多的沙滩美景，我真不确定之前我是怎样应付自己在熙攘城市中的生活的。

这里的很多东西都留给了我非常深刻的印象。首先就是三亚是以有机蔬菜而闻名的，这里的蔬菜种类繁多甚至不需要进口任何东西。其次就是这里的酒店实在是太让人惊讶了。事实上作为一个度假胜地，甚至都不用预订酒店。这里的酒店占地面积广阔，并包括游泳池及大量绿地。事实上我住在这里都不想离开酒店进入市区了。他们的努力充斥在酒店的各个方面，各个角落，当我在游泳池里休憩时、沙滩上看书时，当然了，还有在享受美食时我都能感受的到。

不可否认，这里的餐点非常的精妙与美味，不管这里的食物是否有传统的海南特色。这里的每一样东西都很新鲜，而且会让你吃起来感觉非常爽口。这里的厨师来自世界各地，其中也不乏海南当地的厨师，这可以让你的选择面大大增加。希尔顿酒店在这方面确实是一步一个脚印的在发展，在食物上不管是高纤维、低脂肪、低胆固醇，都是在以追求食物的健康为目标。

在海南的这一周时间过得飞快，我相信我不会再等到下一个12年才会故地重游。

The view of bright sunshine, blue water and wide beaches at Sanya the most Southern tip of Hainan Island attracts regular visitors from both home and abroad, so I really don’t know why it has taken me 12 years to get here!

It is said it has the most well preserved beach in the whole of China. The climate is fabulous and is conducive of a healthy lifestyle of waking up early to do some sport and taking a rest in the afternoons when the sun is at its brightest.  With so many beaches and things to do here, I’m not sure how I will be able to cope with the hustle and bustle of the big city.

There were a number of things I was seriously impressed with. The first thing is that Sanya is famous for its organic vegetables. There is a variety so vast that there really is no need to import anything. Secondly the hotels are amazing. Actually you can’t call them hotels they are really resorts. Their land spans huge areas which are covered with the native plants and swimming pools that seem to wrap around in all directions. As a matter of fact I did not leave the hotel area to venture into the city, it just seemed like too much effort when I could be lying by the pool or beach reading a good book…and of course eating.

The food here is undeniably excellent, whether it be the more traditional Hainanese style foods or the, beach cuisine. Everything is fresh and makes you feel good about eating. And with some of the best chefs from all over the world, including some amazing local chefs, the choice of dishes is vast.  The Hilton Hotel has actually taken it one step further and have signs next to their food saying whether it is high fiber, low fat or low cholesterol, that it really takes all of the guessing out of choosing food that is good for you.

A week away in Hainan really is a great place for a quick getaway. I know I certainly won’t be waiting another 12 years until I come back.
