cities with two new openings: The Westin Beijing, Financial Street
and Sheraton Shanghai Hotel & Residences, Pudong. What

Round 1: Location
Located in the heart of
Beijing, The Westin Beijing, Financial Street just 40 minutes from
the airport, provides direct access to Beijing’s business,
entertainment and shopping district and close proximity to cultural
landmarks such as The Forbidden City and Tiananmen
Square.
Located in Lujiazui, the
financial and trade district in Pudong, Sheraton Shanghai Hotel
& Residences, Pudong is near the Shanghai New International
Expo Centre, the venue of the Shanghai World Expo in 2010. The
hotel enjoys convenient access to both Nanpu Bridge and Fuxing Road
East Tunnel requiring only a few minutes drive to Shanghai’s

Facilities
The Westin Executive Residences
are fully equipped apartments, offering a combination of one, two
and three bedroom floor plans tailored for longer-term stays. Each
apartment is outfitted with contemporary furnishings, fully
equipped kitchens, state-of-the-art appliances, home entertainment
system, LCD flat screen televisions and complimentary high speed
Internet access.
For meeting planners, the hotel
offers more than 18,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space to
suit every occasion. For greater flexibility, the ballroom can be
divided into three areas and an additional seven meeting rooms are
all equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities. This
dedicated meeting and banquet floor includes a specialized meeting
planners lounge and business center, and complimentary wireless
high speed internet access.
Sheraton Shanghai Hotel &
Residences, Pudong features 525 rooms including 155 Superior Rooms,
224 Premier Rooms, 78 Executive Rooms, 63 Suites, and plus 141
fully serviced 1- to 3-bedroom apartments. All
666 rooms (including the hotel’s 63 suites) are designed with each
guest’s utmost comfort in mind, and feature a warm and
contemporary design. Each guest room offers a 32-inch LCD flat
screen TV and the Sheraton Sweet SleeperSM Bed. Business
travelers are taken care of with a comfortable working area and
high speed Internet access in all rooms, as well as a dedicated
business centre.
Conveniently located on
2nd floor, the business center offers one small meeting
room and provides a comprehensive range of services (from copying
and typing to business card printing and courier services) in
addition to assistance with information about the local business
community. Available 24 hours every day, business center services
are provided to both hotel guests and residents with the same high
level of professionalism.
Located on the 2nd
floor, the hotel’s meeting and function area offers around 1,517
sq.m of meeting space. The ballroom with 1,019 sq.m is located in
the main hotel building on the 2nd floor and easily
accessible from the main lobby via escalator or staircase. It can
be divided into three sections which offer greater flexibility.
Additional 6 meeting rooms range in size from 77sq.m to
89sq.m. Catering staff have a wide range of
supporting facilities, secretarial services (via business centre
located on the same floor) as well as standard audiovisual
equipment available upon requests.

Beverage
The seven distinctive
restaurants at The Westin Beijing, Financial Street provide a rich

offers an extensive range of signature cakes, pastries, pies and
