The Peninsula Hotels’
“Peninsula Wellness” programme continues its global roll-out with
the release in November of Naturally Peninsula – Flavours,
the group’s first cookbook through its merchandising arm,
Peninsula Merchandising Limited.
With spectacular colour photos
by award-winning photographer Edmond Ho, an introduction by noted
Singaporean food authority Violet Oon and a foreword by Australian
restaurateur, author and TV personality Kylie Kwong, Naturally
Peninsula – Flavours is a stunning cookbook featuring over 70
recipes from individual Peninsula hotels throughout Asia and the
USA.
With chapters on Appetisers,
Soup, Fish, Shellfish, Poultry, Meat, Vegetables & Bean Curd,
Rice & Pasta, Desserts and Smoothies, recipes showcase dishes
created by The Peninsula’s global team of talented and innovative
chefs, and feature the newly-introduced Naturally
Peninsula cuisine offered at Peninsula properties
worldwide.
Naturally Peninsula is a
new food concept pioneered by the group, based on the guiding
principle that “To live well is to eat well”. It reflects the
creation of a variety of lighter and healthier dining options, with
each dish maintaining its own unique and pristine flavours without
compromise.
The Naturally Peninsula –
Flavours cookbook highlights diverse culinary styles united by
a common objective to showcase foods which are prepared naturally,
keeping in mind current lifestyle trends towards pristine flavours
and natural ingredients.

“Peninsula Wellness” programme currently being introduced

all forms and embracing the five senses for guests both during
their stay and beyond, the programme includes a partnership with
internationally renowned spa consultancy ESPA for select Peninsula
spas, CDs of Asian-inspired relaxation music, the Simply Peninsula
range of bath and body care products, Naturally Peninsula
cuisine and the appointment of a Guest Nutrition
Advisor.
