The Nam Hai will be the new flagship property for GHM (General Hotel Management), a leading luxury resort operator with award-winning properties throughout Asia and in the USA. 

GHM Chairman, Adrian Zecha, who is renowned as a design-oriented boutique resort developer and founder of the world famous Amanresorts, now brings his  vision,  innovation and experience in operating some of the world’s most beautiful and exclusive resort estates to Central Vietnam for the first time.

Introductory rates for one-bedroom villas at The Nam Hai start from US$300++ from now on till March 31, 2007.

The 40 spacious and privately owned, beachfront pool villas feature expansive stone decks and oversized private pools which appear to merge with the horizon. Views from the villas are of the wide, long, untouched beaches of Danang and offshore to the Cham Islands and nearby mountain peaks.    

The Nam Hai is located 10km from Hoi An, a colourful and well preserved traditional Asian trading port with an exciting fusion of cultures dating from the 15th to 19th century.  The ancient town’s influence reflects indigenous Vietnamese culture, with Chinese and French colonial buildings combining to create this unique UNESCO World Heritage listed site.

The Nam Hai is also close to numerous historic attractions, ideal for day and weekend trips, including the UNESCO World Heritage sites of My Son, site of the ancient Cham civilization, and Hue, the former Imperial capital.

Additionally, the area is connected to the world via Danang’s international airport, only 20 minutes from Hoi An, offering direct flights from Singapore and Bangkok with future plans for direct flights from Hong Kong.
