Marriott International, Inc. has expanded its portfolio of luxury,
extended stay Marriott Executive Apartments in Shanghai with the
opening of the Union Square Shanghai Pudong Marriott Executive
Apartments under a management agreement with Shanghai Xing Sheng
Industry Development (Group) Co., Ltd. It is the second Marriott
Executive Apartments property in Shanghai, and the fourth of its
kind in China.
The 223-unit Union Square Shanghai Pudong Marriott Executive Apartments is situated in the heart of the Lujiazui district of Pudong. The surrounding neighborhood boasts several office towers, high-end residential buildings, trendy restaurants, and retail developments.
Towering 38 stories high, with breathtaking panoramic views of the Shanghai skyline, the hotel boasts 223 full-service apartments. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, plasma screen television, high-speed internet access, three-time weekly housekeeping services, and 24 hour concierge service.
For dining and recreation, the Union Square Shanghai Pudong Marriott Executive Apartments features a lounge/restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, and state-of-the art fitness center. Additional amenities include a resident lounge, children’s play area, room service, and resident service desk.
