上海浦东香格里拉大酒店任命韦佐翰先生为酒店新一任总经理。韦佐翰先生来自澳大利亚，拥有17年国际酒店管理经验，曾在夏威夷、美国、中国、斐济和菲律宾担任不同职位工作。
这是韦佐翰第三次来到中国工作，在过去的13年中，他一直效力于香格里拉酒店集团。曾在香格里拉酒店集团旗下香格里拉斐济酒店、新加坡圣淘沙大酒店、北京香格里拉大酒店和杭州香格里拉大酒店任职。香格里拉酒店集团追求完美的精神在他的管理风格上得到了充分体现。

 John Rice has been appointed general manager of Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai. An Australian national, Rice brings with him 17 years of international hotel experience, culled from his various postings in Hawaii, USA, China, Fiji and the Philippines.
This is the third posting to China for Rice, who has been with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts for the last 13 years. John Rice’s Shangri-La portfolio also includes Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort and Fiji Mocambo Hotel in Fiji; Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort, Singapore; and Shangri-La Hotels  in Beijing and Hangzhou. With his focused management style, John Rice is an integral part of Shangri-La’s endless pursuit of perfection.
