At present, there’re over 3800 establishments in Shanghai that provide hospitality services. These establishments fall into two categories, star-rated hotels and non-rated lodging establishments. The two differ primarily in their target market and service on offer, rather than in scale or grading. Star-rated hotels offer multiple services – f & b, amenities, conference facilities and so forth……
