葡萄酒品评:怒瓦龙伯爵香槟

昨天朋友来到我家,所以我就开了这瓶香槟试试,记下品酒笔记:
Clean and bright medium lemon with medium-size bubbles of good persistence. Clean, light aromas of autolysis (bread, yeast), citrus fruits (grapefruit skin) and green apple. Dry on the palate with medium (+) zesty acidity, slightly aggressive mousse. Medium alcohol and medium body with medium (+) intensity aromas of citrus fruits skin (grapefruit again), very mineral, gooseberry bitter on the medium length finish. Good: not complex but good persistence of the bubbles, delicate on the nose, slightly bitter on the palate.
清澈、明亮、中等深度柠檬色。中等大小的气泡持久性佳(开后,在冰箱放了一整天,刚开了还是有气泡!)。闻起来干净无异味,带有轻淡的自溶味(autolysis,死酵母带来的味道如酵母、面包味)、柑橘类水果香(柚子皮)以及青苹果香。入口干,中等偏高的清脆酸度,气泡稍微有刺激性,中等酒精度,中等酒体,中等偏浓的柑橘类水果皮(柚子),矿物味突出,中等回味带有牛甘果的苦味。
这不是一款复杂,品质很高的香槟,但是它有一定的典型性,气泡的持久性很好,并且香气蛮优雅的。再说,200元零售价使之性价比很高!(估计市场上没有更便宜的香槟吧?)推荐!
