Summary about “the magic tree house” ghost town

“The magic tree house” is a book written by Mary Pope Osborne about a tree house with lots of books. Jack and Annie were brother and sister. The librarian Morgan was old, and she wanted a master librarian to help her, so Jack and Annie helped her to adventure and find who the book said. When they finished the work, they can be the master librarian.

This time, they went to the middle of American, taxes and New Mexico, in 1888. The book said “out of the blue, my lonely voice calls out to you. Who am I? Am I?” They need to find this person. They heard some sound, which is piano playing from the hotel. They saw the piano playing by it self. They thought it was just electronic. Then they heard some one was coming, so they hid in the empty cask. They heard some one said they left the slow horse behind and they would camp in the Rise.

When the bad people left they saw the little horse came down. Annie tried to treat the horse, but jack said “no, don’t” and he quick looked the book that helped them on the trip, then when Jack raise his head and saw Annie already treated the horse. They decided to find the horse’s mom. They met the horse’s master. The person said that the bad people who has Sunset’s (that little horse) mom already stole five horses from Slim (sunset’s master). Then Annie said they wanted to go with Slim to look for Sunset’s mom. Slim gave them cowboy name Smiley and Shortly. They sneaked to the place the bad person lived, got Sunset’s Mom and ran away quickly.

Slim told them there was one ghost in town called Lonesome Luke. He always played “Red River Valley”.  Then Slim told Annie and Jack he really wanted to be a writer. Annie said it’s a good thing to be a writer, then Slim made up his mind he would try his to be a writer.

Then Slim cried “Who am I?” Then some one answered “Am I?” Now Annie and Jack knew who it was.

They went back to Pennsylvania.
