*不要用餐后抽烟-专家的实验证实用餐后抽烟比一般时间抽10根香烟有更高的致癌机率。
* Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruits 1-2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal.
*用餐后不要立即吃水果-用餐后立即吃水果将导致胃部因空气而肿胀。因此在用餐后的2小时或是用餐前1小时吃水果是比较理想的。
* Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

* Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease.
