很多使用windows7安装office2007时会遇到一个这样的问题，打开文件时弹出“there was a problem sending the command to the program”,重装了office之后你会发现问题依旧在，有人说是office盗版的原因，其实并不是。解决方法是打开excel2007--左上方圆圈--excel选项--高级--常规--同意使用其他应用程序动态数据库交换（DDE）(去掉这一项前面的勾)

如果是OFFICE2003的excel遇到同样问题的话也有解决方法：打开excel2003--工具--选项--常规--忽略使用其他应用程序（打上这一项前面的勾)

Excel 2002 and Excel 2003

1. Close the message.
2. Start Excel.
3. On the Tools menu, click Options.
4. Under the General tab, click to clear the ignore other applications option, and then click OK.
5. Quit Excel.

Excel 2007

1. Close the message.
2. Start Excel.
3. Click the Microsoft Office Logo Button, click Excel Options, and then click Advanced.
4. Under the General tab, click to clear the Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) option, and then click OK.
5. Exit Excel.
