三个外科医生在讨论做什么病人的手术最好。
第一个医生说，“电工最好，因为他们身体里什么东西都是用颜色标记好的”。
第二个医生说，“不，我认为图书馆员最好，因为他们身体里每样东西都是按字母排序的。”
第三个医生打断了他们说，“你们都错了。政客最容易做。政客没有肠子，没有心脏，没有大脑，没有脊梁。另外，他们的脑袋和屁股都是可以替换的……”
原文如下：
Three surgeons are discussing who
makes the best patients to operate on. The first surgeon said,
"Electricians are the best, everything inside is color
coded."
The second surgeon says, "No, I
think librarians are, everything inside them is in alphabetical
order."
The third surgeon shut them up
when he said, "You're all wrong. Politicians are the easiest to
operate on. There's no guts, no heart, no brains, and no spine.
Plus, the head and the butt are interchangable..."
