欧内斯特·福斯特(Ernest H·Forster)是美国圣公会的牧师，南京沦陷前一个月来南京圣保罗圣公会教堂服务，在南京大屠杀期间一直留在南京，并担任国际红十字会南京委员会的秘书，积极参加了安全区的救济与保护难民的工作。
