PRESIDENT GEORGE H.W. BUSH IN INTENSIVE CARE:
Former President George
H.W. Bush has been moved to the intensive care unit at
Methodist Hospital in Houston, hospital officials confirmed to the
Los Angeles Times on Wednesday. Bush, 88, has been struggling with
fever, weakness and a bronchitis-like cough, according to the
Associated Press. He was originally planning to spend Christmas at
home, but that plan was prevented by high fever. Bush originally
was checked into the hospital in November with bronchitis
symptoms.
