The luxurious two-story estate in Monaco boasts 30 rooms, including a spa, movie theater, and—get this—full-grown trees lining its terraces, according to the Sunday Times of London. An unnamed Middle Eastern buyer purchased the mansion from brothers Christian and Nick Candy, who bought the home in 2008.
