在引领客人的过程中我们会用到：

在出发站我们应该对客人说：
A：May I ask who is Mr Zhang?
B:I'am.
A:Glad to be your caddie .Mr Zhang which bag is yours?
B:This is mine.

A:Let's go!

在发球之前我们应该注意对客人说：
A;Which Tee will you play?
B;Blue Tee.
A:Please check up your club!/Please check your golf equipment.
B;OK!
A:You have 3 woods 9 irons 1 putter,13 clubs altogether and you have one appliance for catching ball,one umbrelle.Am I right?
B:Yes. you're right.
A:Need I keep spare balls?
B:OK!
A:Sir,which club will you start /drive?I'd like to identify your ball number.
B:Driver.

球童最重要的工作就是向客人介绍球道的情况，我们应该说：
A：This is the firt hole ,par 4,the hole journey is 383 yards.230 yards to the left of water .170 yards to the ringt of bunker .200 yards over the bunker .Please between the left red stake and bunker.
(这是以我们球场的第一洞举的例子，希望大家能够灵活运用）

当客人有错误的放球位置时我们应该说：
A：Excuse me ,your ball is over the Tee marker.

当客人没有安全意识的时候我们应该说：
A:Sir,please wait a moment the group in front is still in danger.

如果第一个球OB了，我们应该对客人说：
A:Sorry,sir,your ball is OB.Please play a ball again.

如果球安全/不安全时，我们就说：
A:Your ball is safe!/danger!

如果球打的不理想我们就说：
A：Your ball is a little slow.But the result is good!

如果球打小了，我们应该安慰客人：
A:Your ball is short,beasuse of agaist wind.

如果球打好了,我们应该表扬客人:
A:Good short! Your ball so long and straigt!
