清早在Ouray, CO散步，我被橱窗里朵朵用咖啡滤纸做的咖啡花所吸引。

       推门而入，暖暖的Beaumont  Artisan Bakery & Café 充满了咖啡香，咖啡纸花插在咖啡豆里，很搭：

       老板和伙计挺忙，柜台上摆着一盘刚刚烤制出来的点心，切块后供顾客试吃：

       这里烘焙咖啡店提供精致的手工面包(handmade artisan breads)、酥皮点心(pastries)和多种馅料的三明治(sandwich)、卷饼(warp)及咖啡等。

       我要了一杯咖啡，和约6美元一只的现做卷饼(warp)，馅料是火腿、土豆丝、鸡蛋和芝士，一切两半：

       面皮薄薄软软，大咬一口，又烫又香，真是好吃到停不了手。

Amy.M 的评价：  Just called the Artisan Bakery and Cafe. These are just the pasties I need to fill my belly to hike the Box Canyon Falls Park within walking distance. This is an easy trail. The pastries are delectable I get the Morning Glory muffin the husband get the hearty Sausage Wrap filled with potatoes sausage green chilies all made fresh! They even have a sofa tucked in the back corner perfect for a sugar coma nap!

       他一语道破玄机：来这里泡汤和滑雪的游客住客栈，里面基本都有提供免费早餐。你想一份早餐两人可省20美元，谁不会省？！

       恩，是的，我住Gunnison, CO时，也有享受免费早餐，Ta家有水煮白鸡蛋、牛奶泡cereal、优格、橙汁和贝果等，还可以用烤具自制松饼，品种多样。
