去年12月10日周一，我们在纽约州的罗彻斯特Rochester,New York 一家Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar 用晚餐，其他三个朋友吃得津津有味，阿妮因为白天驱车观赏Niagara Falls后受了凉，呕吐、腹泻，吃Imodium，所以食不知味，眼袋深刻 ……

 梨和加热过的梨汁都有加速排出体内致癌物质的功能

韩国首尔大学医学院预防医学科杨美熙教授领导的研究小组去年9月发表报告指出：饭后吃个梨，积存在人体内的致癌物质可以大量排出。调查结果显示：吸烟或者吃烤肉等在体内聚集的强致癌物质多环芳香烃，在吃梨后会显著降低。专家建议：在人们热衷于吃煎烤食品、快餐类食品的今天，饭后吃一个梨不失为一种值得推荐的健康生活方式。
