When a child gets his favorite toy, he feels happy. When a patient walks out the hospital, he feels happy.

I am satisfied with my life, so I am happy. Everybody is tired from working hard; purpose is to pursue happiness. But what is the standard of happiness? Good material conditions can make our life more comfortable, but it is not a unique standard. The colleague’s supporting. The friend‘s regard. The family’s encouraging. All can make us feel happy.

  Some people may never feel happy all their life. They always complain of something unfair, something not perfect. They used to think themselves highly and set the goal unrealistic. They cannot achieve thief goal, and will be pained forever. Why not get it step by step? Moreover nothing is perfect.

What is happiness? It is only a kind of feeling. Be content with your life, you will be happy.
