三十一、谈论天气Talking about the weather

①What’s the weather like today ? 今天天气怎么样？                                        

How’s the weather in Beijing? 北京的天气怎么样？

②It’s time (或：cloudy, windy, rainy……).

明天（或：阴天、有风、有雨……）。

1、What a lovely day! 多么好的天！

   I’m so glad(或:sorry)it has turned out fine(或:wet).

   我真高兴结果是个好天气。（或：真遗憾结果天下起雨来了。）

1、Excuse me. Can you tell me the way to the railway station？

三十四。问时间、日期和应答 Asking the time, date and responses

1、What day(of the week)is(it)today? 今天星期几？

   What’s the date today? 今天几号了？

   Excuse me. What time is it by your watch? 请问，你的表几点了？

   What’s the time , please? 请告诉我几点了？

   Could you tell me the time? 你能告诉我现在的时间吗？

2、It’s Monday(或:Tuesday……). 今天星期一（或：星期二……）。

   It’s January 10th. 今天1月10日。

   It’s five o’clock. 5点钟。

   It’s five thirty(或:half past five). 5点半钟。

   It’s a quarter past six(或:a quarter to six).

   6点过一刻钟（或：差一刻6点钟）。

   It’s time for lunch(或:to have lunch). 该吃午饭了。到吃午饭的时间了。

   It’s a little after six. 6点过一点儿。

三十五。在餐馆 At the restaurant

（一）找餐桌（Finding a table for dinner）

1、A table for four, please. 请安排一张4人用餐的桌子。

   Can I have the table by the window? 我可以坐窗边的那张桌子吗？

   Have you got a table for two? 你们有两人用餐的桌子吗？

   I don’t care for this table. 我不喜欢这张桌子。

   I prefer the one in that quiet corner. 我喜欢安静角落里的那张桌子。

2、No, it’s too close to the door. 不行，这个离门太近了。

（二）安排座位（Seating）

1、Hello! Is Tom in? 喂！汤姆在吗？

   May(或:Could)I speak to Tom? 请汤姆接电话好吗？

   Hello! Who is it? 喂，你是谁呀？

   He(或:She)isn’t here right now. 他（或：她）现在不在这儿。

   Can I take a message for you? 我能替你捎个话吗？

   Hello, this is Mary speaking. 喂，我是玛丽。

   I call to tell you(或:to ask you)to come to my house this evening.
