内容提要：概述中国胜任力研究（2001-2011）10年成果，确认中国胜任力研究代表人物与代表作品，追溯胜任力研究的渊源与演化，辨别胜任力称谓的不同“版本”，比较并界定胜任力概念涵义，探讨胜任力研究方法，阐释胜任力模型及其构建方式。全面审视，理性认识，客观评价，准确解读。

Literature Review on Competency Research in China

 for a Decade (2001-2011)

Abstract:  Examining comprehensively with rational cognition, objective evaluation, and accurate explanations, the authors summarize papers on competency application research in China for the past ten years (2001-2011), find out Chinese representative experts and their typical works in competency study, trace back to the origins and evolution of competency research, distinguish the different versions of Chinese translation of competency or competence, compare various statements of the concept and make their own definition, discuss the methodology of competency research, define competency model and explain its building methods.
