How to use it

This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person’s face in their mind when writing his/her name .

Therefore,people sharing the same name will not be affected.

If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the person’s name,it will happen.But,if the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of a heaart attack.

After writing the cause of death,details of the death should be written in the 6 minutes and 40 seconds,

The human who touches the DEATH NOTE can recognize the image and voice of its original owner,a god of death,even if the human is not the owner of the note.

The individuals who lose the ownership of the DEATH NOTE will also lose their memory of the usage of the DEATH NOTE .This does not mean that he will lose all the memory from the day he owned it to the day he loses possession ,but means he will only lose the memory involving the DEATH NOTE.

Even without obtaining ownership,memories will return just by touching the DEATH NOTE.

The DEATH NOTE can only operate within 23 days (in the human calendar),This is called the 23-day rule.

Once the victim’s name has been written, the individual’’s death can never be avoided..

以上是“死亡笔记”的用法，看过用法的人可能都想拥有这样一个笔记。它可以替你伸张正义，也可以乱杀无辜，只要拥有他，可以除掉你恨的人。

夜神月，是个法律专业的学生，当他看到在这个社会上，一些违法的人得不到相应的惩罚，逍遥法外时，他心里很伤心，觉得虽然自己学法律但是并帮不了受害的人。他看着自己手中的法律课本，一气之下丢到了垃圾桶。

就在沮丧之时，“死亡笔记”从天而降，他拿了起来，看了使用说明，觉得很好笑，并不以为是真的。当他第一次把一位逍遥法外的罪人写入笔记时，终于相信了。

他觉得自己就是救世主，可以除掉所有罪犯。所以在这期间，一些罪犯相继心脏麻痹死亡，这时引起了警方的注意，开始调查此事。这时候的夜神月并没有收手，为了不让警方查出自己，他接二连三杀死了FBI调查员，甚至到后来，他自私的连他的女朋友都杀。

死神说：“她（夜神月的女友）是爱你的，你为什么把她也杀了？你爱她吗？”

夜神月说：“不知道！”

死神说：“你比死神更像死神！”

最让人感动的是，当弥海莎有生命危险的时候，另外一个死神竟然为了救她而牺牲了自己，为了不让夜神月得到笔记，连同笔记都化为灰烬。

看到这里，不得不感叹，死神都有情，人类却如此无情。

月为了掩饰一连串的错误，不得不继续犯错，最后他竟然六亲不认连自己的亲生父亲都要杀！逼死神写下他们的名字，死神不紧不慢的在笔记上写下了一个人的名字，给月看，原来死神写的是“夜神月” ！死神说：“你才是最应该死的。”

一向认为日本的电影电视剧都比较变态，但是看了这个电影之后，让我陷入了沉思，人类为什么那么冷酷。记得月说：“世界上充满了丑恶，有了死亡笔记之后，犯罪率大大下降了。”

月一直认为自己是为人间除恶，但是在他行善之时，他也变成杀人凶手，并且变得很自私，变成了杀人狂，连自己的亲人也不放过。他用拯救世界为由来掩盖自己丑恶的行为。最后还是遵循了一个因果报应的原则，犯了罪，就要受罚，死在死神的手下。

死神虽然长的凶神恶煞，但是还是有感情的，相比之下，一些人，虽然有一张人皮作掩饰，但比死神还死神。究竟是死神可怕，还是人类可怕呢？
