Having been here so many times though, I find myself for the first time to spell out the word in a proper way, cineworld, which is cinema world. The cinema seems to be a bit modern, with houses not far over hundreds of years old. Seeing a film might be a good idea in the weekend night with nowhere to go. Two films of this week are not bad, Indiana Jones and Narnia. The former shows that Harrison Ford never look old after so many years. Roy, an English colleague who speaks like a native Chinese, says everybody hopes to look as young as twenty. The latter with its story is reasonably fine. But the scene of London underground, in the beginning of the film, is reslly impressive. It seems that everything in London underground remains unchanged since hundred years ago. It is reflected in different films at different times. For example, one is shown in Die Another Day when 007 went down through the Embankment station, whereas the other is shown in Atonement when Cecilia and crowds took refuge from bombs in the underground during WW2. Even now, when taking underground tubes, surrounded by those never changed dark brown backgrounds and decorations, one would feel like back to hundred years ago. Anyone being there for just once would have the wonderful feeling, let alone someone for many years such as me.
On the way home, back into the peaceful and quiet mood. Many smart dressed teenage boys and girls pass by my side heading to the pubs. The teenages make me pop up a sunny face in my mind, Kate Hudson. This week was not bad. Once again, I saw Kate with her always sunny smile and Patrick Swayze with his never changed sincere eyes in TV. Bless them forever young. With these in mind, left behind the lightness of the teenages voices filled with happiness rising in the air.
It is a nice experience to meet many ex BT colleagues in this
English trip after leaving for two years. I saw Duong in BT, a
Vietnam guy also my old friend from Southampton. He does not look
any different. But he said that my face is rounder:) Simon is
married. We had a chat in the hub. But it is a pity that he did not
appear in Southwold at the night. Yes, the very exciting beer
festival event once a year. We go with a bigger group not knowing
each other from Ipswich to Southwold. A small town at the east
coast with fourty minutes drive distance from Ipswich. I always
have the impression that
