朋友帮一个慈善机构做事,那是一间针对忧郁症儿童的.他常常见到那些儿童的父母,年轻的父母健康,乐观,却有一个得忧郁症的宝贝,他们内心的痛苦是我们无法体会的.

也许我们不是一个虔诚的基督徒,佛教徒,但我们内心是一定要有信仰的,对神灵的敬畏,对美善的敬仰之心是不能没有的.

那天,带仔仔去健身房,我在跑步机上跑步,一位年轻的女子进来,她准备在我旁边的机上跑步,而那台机器是坏的,我连忙告诉她,让她用我这台.

短短的几句对话,我发现仔仔一直在边上听着,看着.可能今天少跑了几百米,但避免了一个人可能的摔交,可能的受伤,太值得了.

我希望仔仔懂得自爱,也爱别人,说起来很容易,但生活太曲折,太繁忙,常常很简单的事被我们忽略,忘记!

我们得上天厚爱,得到健康,聪明,可爱的宝贝,我们更应该富有爱心去关怀别人,予人玫瑰,手一定有余香!
