鸿运餐馆是凯里一家以白酸汤，酸汤牛肉出名的酸汤牛肉店。白酸汤也叫做米酸汤，是用米汤发酵而成。

他们家的牛肉选用的不是小黄牛，而是专门找养牛场定制的黄牛，并且是黄牛最好的雪花牛肉部位。还有各类牛杂。

潘砂锅全牛庄坐落在宁波路，在纵横酒店多斜对面。他们家的特色是红酸汤，而且是偏辣的红酸汤。牛肉比较有嚼劲。

苗阿哥一直开在体育馆的侧面，篮球馆的正对面。他们家最火的时候，进去找位置是需要排队的。现在在凯里国贸也开了一家店。他们家最有特色的不仅仅是带皮牛肉，还是现割现做的酸汤牛肉。

苗侗土菜馆是美团好评率非常高的一家土菜馆，他们家的招牌依然也是酸汤牛肉。土菜馆在佰洁家居旁边的加油站附近，靠近假日广场楼盘。
