看到有卖鹌鹑蛋的,花花的壳儿,小小的个儿,怪好玩儿,就买了一点。
做法:1)小彩椒两只,一只红色一只橙色(没有的话,可以用尖椒代替),取这两只小彩椒最粗的部位,一共切五段儿,每段高约。。。一个指甲吧(咳,真不知道咋么比喻高度呢),剩下的部位切细圈儿。同时准备五只鹌鹑蛋。

2)热锅,刷一层薄薄的油,关火,把彩椒圈放进去,每个洞洞里磕一个鹌鹑蛋,然后,把剩下的彩椒细圈儿也丢到锅里去。

3)重新开小火,盖锅盖,等蛋凝固的时候,锅里倒一点酱油,一点料酒,一点糖,一点醋,转中火,边煮边翻面,等汤汁收尽的时候,盛出即可。

注:1)在第二步里关火,是因为鹌鹑蛋太小了,我觉得操作起来不那么容易,关了火,可以慢慢操作,不怕糊锅。等都磕好了之后,再重新开火,就可以比较从容啦。
2)老听人说鹌鹑蛋的胆固醇如何如何高,可也有人说这是谣传,说其实一个鸡蛋的胆固醇相当于5个鹌鹑蛋胆固醇含量。
这事儿到底怎样呢?查看了一些资料,感觉上,鹌鹑蛋的胆固醇含量不像我以前听说的那样恐怖,看按照哪个标准来算了,按照某些试验数据来说,说一个鸡蛋的胆固醇相当于5个鹌鹑蛋胆固醇含量好像也不能说是错的。关于蛋类和胆固醇含量的关系问题,是个很难给出一个精确结论的问题,不过,一些实验数据还是可以给我们的饮食提供一个大概的参考和根据的吧。
这里放上来两篇,感兴趣的朋友就看看吧。我个人比较喜欢和信服第一篇文字里作者的说明。

3... Eggs cholesterol per gram of yolk.From better to worse:
guinea fowlhas 12.77mg cholestrol, there followed by chicken, pheasant, quail, turkey,duck, and goose, with the dove egg yolk the worst with 21.99mg of cholestrol /gram. Bair and Marion 1978.
Understanding the EGGS and CHOLESTEROL Facts and Figures:The concentrations of eggcholesterol and egg saturated fat may differ from one flock of birds to thenext. For example, quail egg cholesterol can range from about 76 mg up to amassive 400mg of cholestrol per 9 gram egg!
Further, Bair and Marion made aninteresting observation - egg yolk cholesterol appears to decrease with the ageof the hen, at least in chickens anyway.
The concentrations of cholesteroland saturated fat reported in any common food table should be treated strictlyas a guideline, NOT a fact.
All this means that eggs andcholesterol is a very difficult topic to discuss with any precision, but theguidelines provided here on eggs and cholesterol should provide a solidreference point to work from at least.
另外一篇提到,鹌鹑蛋的胆固醇含量跟生蛋鹌鹑的年龄有关,年龄越大生的蛋胆固醇含量越高。三个月大的鹌鹑生的蛋,胆固醇含量的浮动范围是每个蛋(32.86-48.13),
